We meet every Sunday morning at 10.30am for a time of worship and to hear from God's word. Our worship is relaxed and informal and we draw upon a wide range of songs and hymns.
Our services are usually led by our Minister, Rev Lawrence Fellick, and generally last for a little over an hour. The teaching is usually recorded and can be found under the "teaching" tab on the main menu of this web site.
We welcome people of all ages - there are special classes for the children who leave the main service after half an hour:
- Bubbles: 3- 5 years
- Splash/Extreme: 5 - 11 years
- Grid: 11 - 14 years
We also have a creche for the under 3s.
All are welcome to join us for tea and coffee after the service when we also have a prayer and listening team available.
We have a communion service on the third Sunday in the month. All those who love the Lord are welcome to join us around His table.
Our Sunday evenings together vary from week to week. We may meet for prayer in the Church lounge or we may meet for fellowship in someone's home. Sometimes we meet to sing "Songs of Praise" with the residents of one of the sheltered housing schemes close to us. When there is a fifth Sunday in the month, we meet for a joint service with our local covenant churches .
Our home groups meet throughout the week - there is a meeting most weekday evenings and some during the daytime too.
We have a Parents' group which meets on Friday afternoons as well as a regular men's prayer breakfast on Saturday mornings. Sometimes the "boys" have a night out together or the "girls" may have a night in.
On the second Monday of each month, the lunch club meets to offer hot food and fellowship for local residents. There is also a Ladies' lunch club which meets monthly at a local restaurant.
The Music Group meets for practice most Wednesday evenings.
